Q. How can I get admitted to the EEE department?

Q. Is B.Sc in EEE degrees in WUB accredited?

The degree is approved by University Grants Commission (UGC). The degree is going to be approved by Institute of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB) very soon.

Q. How will I be assessed in theoretical and laboratory courses?

In theoretical courses, assessment is based on class attendance, surprise tests, assignments, presentation, midterm and final examinations. The laboratory assessment consist attendance, Laboratory reports, Laboratory performance, Lab Viva and Laboratory Quiz.

Q. How practical works are conducted in laboratories?

Students do their practical work in related laboratories. In EEE department, there are several laboratory such as Electrical circuit lab, Electronics Lab, Electrical machine lab, Communication lab, Control system lab, Power electronics lab etc.

Q. What about computer Facilities for students?

WUB has well developed computer laboratories with internet facilities

Q. Do you have your own library?

Yes. World university of Bangladesh has a well-organized library. Students can download journal/ conference paper from IEEE, Springer, Elsevier etc. from university computer lab.

Q. Is every student get counseling for personal support or academic problems?

Every student get one respective batch counselor to discuss his/her academic and personal problems.
