Biography
Saddam Hossain is currently serving as a full-time faculty member in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) at the World University of Bangladesh (WUB). Since joining the university as a Lecturer in Mathematics on January 3, 2019, he has consistently demonstrated academic excellence, professional dedication, and strong administrative leadership. Over the years, he has made significant contributions to teaching, research, academic administration, and student development, playing an active role in advancing the quality of education and supporting the university's academic mission.
He earned his B.Sc. and M.S.(Thesis) degrees in Applied Mathematics from Noakhali Science and Technology University (NSTU), where he built a solid foundation in both theoretical and applied aspects of the subject. He has published eight articles and in different international journals and attended international conferences. His areas of academic interest include differential equations, mathematical modeling, applied mathematics, cosmology, numerical analysis, mathematical modeling in biology, artificial neural networks, artificial intelligence, time series, and mathematical statistics..
Mr. Hossain is committed to guiding students in developing critical thinking skills and applying mathematical knowledge to solve real-world problems. Beyond academics, he is actively involved in departmental administration, faculty development, and academic planning to enhance the overall learning experience at WUB.
