Short Biography:

Neelanjana Subin Ferdous is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at World University of Bangladesh (WUB), having joined the university on February 01, 2024. She has a distinguished academic background, having completed her B.Sc. (Engg.) in Electrical, Electronic, and Communication Engineering from the Military Institute of Science & Technology (MIST), Dhaka, Bangladesh, and her M.Sc. (Engg.) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET), Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Neelanjana began her career at the World University of Bangladesh in 2012, initially serving as a Lecturer and later advancing to the role of Senior Lecturer in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering. In 2020, she joined Bangladesh University, where she served until 2024. She also worked as an Assistant Professor at the Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) in the department of EECE .

With a robust research portfolio, Neelanjana has published eight articles, including contributions to IEEE conferences and reputed journals. She has also actively contributed to the academic community by serving as a reviewer for the 2023 European Conference on Networks and Communications & 6G Summit and the 2023 IEEE Global Communications Conference. Her main fields of research interest include Wireless Communication, Cognitive Radio Networks, and advancements in 5th Generation (5G) and 6th Generation (6G) Communication Technology, Intelligent Reflecting surface (IRS), Reduced Capability (RedCap) Devices.
