Biography
Nusrat Jahan is a Lecturer in Mathematics at the World University of Bangladesh. She obtained her Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Chittagong, securing third position in her project group. Her research focused on Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), with a project titled “Introduction to CFD and its Application.” She completed her Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mathematics from the same university.
Her research interests include Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), applied mathematics, and numerical simulations. She has edited a project book, “Introduction to CFD and its Application” (2023), and has also completed several professional certifications in data science, programming, and related fields through Coursera.
In addition to her research expertise, she is skilled in programming (Python, C++, MATLAB, FORTRAN) and scientific tools such as ANSYS, Mathematica, and LaTeX.
