B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering
Powering the Future of Technology, Energy, and Communication Since 2003

Program Overview
The Department of Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) at World University of Bangladesh (WUB) was established in 2003 and has since grown into one of the largest and most dynamic departments in the Faculty of Engineering and Science. We offer undergraduate and postgraduate programs designed to produce globally competitive engineers.
As of today, over 1,300 graduates have successfully completed their B.Sc. degrees and are now contributing significantly to Bangladesh’s power, telecom, and electronics sectors — working in top utilities, multinational corporations, tech startups, and R&D centers. Many of our alumni have pursued postgraduate studies at prestigious universities worldwide.
Our faculty members are active researchers and industry practitioners, ensuring that teaching remains grounded in cutting-edge technological advancements and global best practices. The department is globally connected through affiliations with IEEE, ITU, ACU, AUAP, and IAU.
Currently, over 1,200 undergraduate students are enrolled, benefiting from modern infrastructure, industry-aligned curricula, and hands-on learning opportunities in state-of-the-art laboratories.
